yeah it's a legal graffiti wall, but it might be worth popping into the shop in front of it, or contacting the council about it just to be on the safe side. But then again, I think you'd be safe enough just working on it as you please. Throw caution to the wind n all that. Link me up if you get anything done, would be good to see.
